Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- 8-10+ years designing and implementing software applications with large-scale project experience and architecture or technical lead responsibility
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure including production workloads Azure best practices and the Azure Well-Architected Framework
- Experience with high-level Azure infrastructure infrastructure as code and automated CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with SOC 2 security practices in an Azure environment and designing secure software systems
- Strong hands-on experience architecting and building software in C# Angular and SQL
- Experience leading application modernization and integration initiatives
- Experience with AI-assisted developer tooling and enabling team adoption
- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in collaborative teams distributed across multiple time zones
- Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment

Day to day
- Serve as the technical anchor for the engineering team and own the Azure environment that underpins the platform.
- Architect and build software hands-on in C# and Angular while defining standards and technical direction for the team.
- Translate business goals into scalable reliable solutions and strengthen delivery through CI/CD security performance and AI-enabled development practices.
