Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering experience including 4+ years in architecture or principal/staff role
- Proven success leading large-scale legacy modernization with zero unplanned downtime
- Experience architecting production AI/ML systems including LLM orchestration and agentic workflows
- Deep expertise in distributed systems microservices event-driven design API gateways and cloud infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML platform governance including routing prompt patterns vector databases and model evaluation
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure CI/CD automated testing and SaaS security compliance
- Experience partnering with VP and C-suite stakeholders on technical roadmaps and investment decisions

Day to day
- Define and own the platform architecture that supports scalable compliance software.
- Modernize legacy systems by sequencing migrations and reducing technical risk across teams.
