Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of system architecture at scale
- Experience with Python and Scala or Java, including designing well-structured APIs
- Strong ability to design effective abstractions and boundaries in complex systems
- Experience architecting agentic or multi-step reasoning systems with LLMs in production
- Background in large-scale unstructured data processing such as documents medical records or images
- Deep understanding of API design principles and platform development
- Proven ability to productionize AI or ML systems with reliability observability and maintainability
- Strong experience with performance and scaling trade-offs
- Strong computer science fundamentals including distributed systems and asynchronous programming
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Day to day
- Own the architecture of an intelligent document processing platform and agentic evaluation framework for healthcare documents.
- Design APIs, abstractions, and interfaces that enable multi-step reasoning over medical records, claims data, and unstructured documents.
- Build performant production code and help set foundational technical direction across prompt architecture, LLM integration, retrieval patterns, orchestration, reliability, and observability.
