• Ensure SaaS platform optimized for performance and scalability, addressing bottlenecks and system growth
• Advocate for automation in development processes to enhance efficiency
• Mentor and guide architects and senior developers, promoting culture of excellence
• Create and maintain technical roadmaps for software architecture aligning with business objectives and IT strategy
• Design architectures with security, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards like FedRAMP
