Who you are

  • Design, implement, and optimize large-scale distributed systems with focus on scalability, reliability, reusability, and performance
  • Strong leadership skills for collaboration and project timeline management
  • Experience in designing and building platform services, APIs, and processes for integration by multiple product teams
  • Drive adoption of services and best-practices across business units
  • Articulate complex architectural concepts to diverse audiences
  • Create impactful presentations and documents for architectural decisions
  • Engage and influence stakeholders for strategic alignment
  • Implement security best practices, identify risks, and mitigate them
  • Expertise in Identity and Access Management frameworks and protocols like OIDC and SAML
  • Architect and implement scalable IAM solutions for authentication, authorization, and auditing
  • 2+ years as a Software Lead or Architect in a SaaS company
  • 10+ years of software development experience
  • Experienced in C#, .NET Core, SQL, JavaScript
  • Proficiency in on-prem and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Technical stakeholder and executive engagement
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience

  • Own, define and maintain the overall vision & strategic direction for projects and architecture in multiple products
  • Stay ahead of technology trends and incorporate innovation into the company's products
  • Ensure platform optimization for performance and scalability and handle growth in users and data
  • Advocate for and implement automation in development and testing to improve efficiency
  • Mentor architects and senior developers promoting a continuous improvement culture
  • Create and maintain technical roadmaps ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Design and implement secure architectures complying with regulations like FedRAMP
