Requirements
- 4+ years of applicable experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong web, desktop, or cross-platform application development experience
- High proficiency in .NET framework and C#
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
- Experience with data acquisition and APIs
- Deep architecture and solution design experience for functional and non-functional requirements
- Strong relational database design and SQL development experience
- Experience with UI development and object-oriented programming
- Experience with one or more DevOps tools and CI/CD
- Ability to mentor and guide team members
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively

Day to day
- Design new and enhanced software products and technologies, including complex operational flows and interoperability across systems.
- Own the domain blueprint and technical roadmap, translating product vision into actionable technical designs for engineering teams.
- Lead solution design, POCs, process improvements, and hands-on delivery while coaching senior and lead engineers.
