Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in AWS Cloud and DevSecOps environments
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Strong software engineering background with the ability to guide cross-functional teams
- At least 3 years deploying production enterprise applications in AWS that use AI/ML
- Experience with AWS services including EKS EC2 and Lambda
- Extensive experience with CI/CD frameworks and containerized pipelines using Terraform Kubernetes CloudFormation Ansible Harness Docker and Jenkins
- Experience with CloudBees GitHub Actions and/or GitLab for workflow automation and version control
- Proficiency in Linux and scripting tools such as Python Bash or PowerShell
- Experience configuring monitoring tools for log analysis such as New Relic Nagios ELK Grafana OpenSearch and/or Prometheus
- Strong networking knowledge including routing firewalls and load balancing
- Basic knowledge of database administration and SQL
- Extensive DevSecOps experience including secure builds testing deployment and security checks
- Experience with security scanning tools such as Nexus IQ and/or Checkmarx preferred
- Experience within Agile environments and DevOps principles
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Day to day
- Lead software architecture and DevSecOps strategy across cloud and AI/ML initiatives
- Design, build, and deploy secure AWS-based enterprise solutions with strong scalability and reliability
- Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams and advise senior public-sector stakeholders on architecture and security
