Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years leading or architecting agile software development life cycles
- 8+ years building and architecting large scale enterprise applications using JavaScript Node.js and Angular
- 2+ years on Federal Healthcare IT projects
- Ability to obtain U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance
- Must reside in and be able to work in the United States
- Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years
- Experience with agile teams and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience applying Human-Centered Design principles
- Ability to create roadmaps timelines and requirement documentation
- Experience modernizing legacy systems into user-centered digital solutions
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for evaluating tradeoffs
- Experience documenting complex technical and business problems clearly
- Hands-on experience with Node.js Angular Fastify Lambda AWS and PostgreSQL
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with AWS Well-Architected Framework and Terraform
- Experience designing systems with UML and BPM techniques
- Experience with Amazon SQS
- Hands-on expertise with LLMs using Amazon Bedrock or similar
- Experience with Drupal-based websites
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop Spark and Machine Learning

Day to day
- Lead architectural direction across multiple product teams and applications within a federal health program.
- Partner with Product and Program leadership to translate mission goals into scalable secure technical solutions.
- Guide delivery teams hands-on through design reviews code support roadmaps and continuous improvement efforts.
