Day to day
- Develop software designs and features that reduce administrative burden for care teams
- Stay hands-on in the codebase and contribute directly to implementation
- Set standards for AI tooling patterns evaluation and quality across the engineering team
- Partner closely with product and clinical teams to solve practical healthcare problems
- Make pragmatic architecture decisions that balance healthcare realities with technical best practices
