Requirements
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines event-driven architecture and workflow orchestration
- Strong expertise in health data exchange standards such as FHIR and clinical terminologies such as LOINC
- Hands-on experience with health management systems such as DHIS2 SORMAS and OpenELIS
- Experience with canonical data models interoperability middleware metadata and semantic harmonisation
- Experience with AI/LLM-assisted data cleaning entity resolution and mapping
- Experience with data protection engineering including GDPR pseudonymisation RBAC and audit logging
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Relevant certifications such as HL7 FHIR Proficiency
- At least 8 years of relevant experience across software architecture and data engineering
- At least 4 years specifically in public health information systems
- Strong track record of collaborating with epidemiologists surveillance officers and emergency response teams
