Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- Proven years of experience in Services directing the delivery of complex software solutions
- Proven experience in a senior technical role within a system integrator or Software Consultancy practice
- Proven experience in defining and managing delivery teams
- DevOps and Agile methodology
- Industry knowledge in the field of operation and multi sites project organizations
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Strong presentation and communication skills

Day to day
- The Services Delivery Manager owns the project’s Delivery Model and is the Technical Leader on the Project, working with highly skilled teams to manage and execute software deployment, configuration, integration and testing.
- Share responsibility with the Project Manager, through close coordination, for scope management, risk management and problem management.
- Accountable for the end-to-end project delivery to meet the schedule, cost and quality commitments.
