Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing business applications using modern .NET including C# ASP.NET Core and REST APIs
- Strong experience with SQL Server and T-SQL including query optimization data modeling and large or complex databases
- Experience with database migration or modernization projects is a plus
- Experience with front-end development technologies and API integration
- Proficiency with Git and modern source control practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Exposure to Azure or cloud-based development environments preferred
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and willingness to learn new workflows
- Ability to write clear specifications technical documentation test cases and acceptance criteria
- Strong understanding of relational databases application security and performance optimization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
- Adaptable and open to change with a willingness to grow into new methodologies and tooling
