Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time programming experience in a group/team environment or a degree in a related field
- Experience with React and/or React Native
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JSON, and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with server-side and client-side security best practices
- Embraces Agile principles and Scrum
- Able to navigate ambiguous requirements while prioritizing multiple projects, tasks, and bug fixes
- Contributes to testing and overall engineering best practices
Nice to have
- Experience with Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin
- Experience with iOS, Android, tvOS, and Roku
- Advocates Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, LEAN, and SOLID principles
- Knowledge of data security best practices related to PCI/DSS/CISP/HIPAA
- Ability to diagram technical solutions
Day to day
- Work closely with designers and product managers to build robust, scalable, and secure systems
- Provide accurate estimates of work within the scrum team
- Give and receive feedback on code reviews, and work in multiple programming languages including Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin, React Native
- Document work in the form of API Docs, Wiki Documentation, etc.
- Prioritize secure, scalable code and continually seek improvement
