Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production software
- Strong TypeScript or JavaScript skills with depth in Node.js and React
- Experience carrying substantial work from ambiguous requirements to released software
- Comfort with relational databases SQL and data models
- Experience with microservices Docker and a cloud platform such as AWS
- Automated testing as a habit
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and sound judgment
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to reason through technical disagreements with evidence
- Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

Day to day
- Own epics end to end from Product handoff through delivery and release
- Build complex features across a TypeScript Node backend and React frontend
- Collaborate closely with Product QA UX and senior engineers on design progress and issue resolution
- Investigate bugs in QA UAT and production and help drive them to closure
