Requirements

  • 2+ years of production software experience with strong Python programming skills
  • 2+ years of experience working with and optimizing relational databases such as SQL and PostgreSQL
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or similar
  • Proven experience with Large Language Models and production-ready RAG pipelines
  • Strong proficiency in API design data modeling relational database design and testing methodologies
  • Proficiency with modern DevOps practices including Git Docker CI/CD and automated testing frameworks

Day to day

  • Build and evolve the Conversation Engine for pre-drafted email chat and voice responses with conversation state memory and high-quality generation.
  • Own the end-to-end RAG pipeline including document ingestion chunking embeddings indexing retrieval reranking and grounded response generation.
  • Implement AI tooling and function calling to connect LLM workflows to internal systems with strong validation safe execution and production reliability.
