• 4+ years of experience as an Android developer
• Experience with Compose and expertise in Kotlin
• Deep expertise in the Android ecosystem
• Proven track record of building and shipping user-facing features at scale

What the job involves

• Work closely with founders, product, design, and data teams to solve dynamic user problems and build robust, user-facing features
• Build and ship new product features to increase friendship in the world
• Write clean, well-tested, and efficient code, build observability and monitoring, improve infrastructure and tooling
• Significant input into product development and strategy
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and data scientists to co-create product solutions
• Grow and improve skills through feedback and learning from a talented team
• Create a positive product that brings people’s voices together and helps build friendships
