Requirements

  • 1-2+ years building real applications and working with APIs
  • Node.js/TypeScript preferred or strong fundamentals in any stack
  • Demonstrated AI-assisted development practice with a real example you can explain
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong knowledge of OAuth2 OIDC REST API design and webhook event-driven patterns
  • Rigour with health data privacy by design and GDPR awareness
  • Self-directed and comfortable owning a feature or connector end to end

Day to day

  • Build and ship connectors for new EHR platforms across multiple integration types including SMART on FHIR FHIR R4 REST HL7 v2.x CDA CCD and proprietary APIs
  • Extend the multi-EHR writer abstraction so each new EMR becomes a thin adapter with configuration rather than a rewrite
  • Own integration quality end to end including encounter binding idempotent writes webhook reliability error recovery and graceful handling of EHR failures
  • Build against the licensing and entitlement plane where every operation is checked at runtime
  • Take connectors through vendor sandboxes partner API reviews and certification programmes
  • Document each integration pattern so future EMR integrations ship faster
