Requirements
- BS/MS in CS or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years building software systems with strong fundamentals in data structures debugging and design
- 2-3 years hands-on experience with one or more backend or frontend languages such as Java Python PHP JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience in GIT Mercurial or Sapling is a plus
- Database systems knowledge is mandatory
- Basic SQL is a plus
- Linux knowledge

Day to day
- Provide development support to a software engineering community across the organization.
- Triage support requests from engineers and investigate issues on Linux-based source control systems.
- Extract log data and other evidence to debug problems, identify owners, and pinpoint root causes.
- Build small tools and test cases, improve documentation, and help produce leadership reports.
