Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years building complex production frontend applications
  • Proven ownership of frontend architecture
  • Strong UI UX instincts and supporting tools
  • Deep experience with React or a comparable modern framework
  • Experience mentoring engineers and setting technical direction for a frontend team

  • WebGL/OpenGL experience
  • Geospatial application experience

Day to day

  • Lead the frontend architecture for a command and control platform that directs swarms of heterogeneous aircraft in real time
  • Build collaborative interfaces that keep operators effective even when communications are intermittent or drop
  • Design and ship dense telemetry and sensor visualizations plus scheduling crew resources and data link management UI with little existing precedent
  • Set frontend patterns standards and technical direction for the wider team while shipping with strong CI CD QA and DevSecOps
