Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience with generative AI especially agents and coding
- Deep understanding of how AI can improve quality not just quantity
- Fluency in two or more programming languages and willingness to learn new ones
- Strong experience with concurrent programming and safe use of mutexes atomics and similar primitives
- Experience designing APIs and writing documentation for publicly available libraries or modules
- Strong written and verbal technical communication skills in English
- BS MS in Computer Science or closely related field or equivalent production software experience

Day to day
- Build and improve agentic coding systems that help developers produce high-quality outputs
- Design and implement Temporal AI SDK features across a broad range of frameworks and libraries
- Collaborate with field teams and the developer community to solve issues share best practices and create canonical examples
