Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong professional experience developing production applications with .NET and C#
- Experience working in Windows and Visual Studio environments
- Strong understanding of .NET frameworks libraries and development patterns
- Experience designing building and consuming REST APIs
- Experience building production software with a focus on reliability performance and maintainability
- Experience with real-time audio/video media streaming communications or similar technologies
- Experience building bots integrations meeting applications or other real-time applications is highly relevant
- Strong debugging troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience writing automated tests and working with modern software development practices
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineering and product teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Day to day
- Design, build, and maintain the Microsoft Teams bot and related applications using .NET and C#
- Develop underlying real-time audio/video and media-streaming functionality that supports the Teams integration
- Build backend services, APIs, and integrations that connect Microsoft Teams with Reality Defender’s platform
- Improve performance, reliability, scalability, and observability of integration services while troubleshooting production issues and implementing long-term fixes
