Day to day
- Drive our insurance business transformation from a traditional IT model to a tech organization with engineering excellence as its mission
- Co-create a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement
- Provide a friction-less experience to customers
- Maintain the highest standards of protection and availability
- Deliver high-quality technology products and services in a hyper-growth environment
- Scope design and build scalable resilient distributed systems
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle
- Participate in design sessions and code reviews with peers to elevate the quality of engineering
- Utilize programming languages including Python C# SQL and NoSQL databases Container Orchestration services such as Docker and Kubernetes and Azure tools and services
- Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams
- Build product definition and leverage technical skills to drive towards the right solution
