What the job involves
- As the first Software Engineer In Test at Prelim, you will lead and manage the entire quality assurance lifecycle, from test planning to execution.
- You will develop detailed test plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and communicate regularly with development teams to understand project requirements and provide updates on test status.
- Your responsibilities will include identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects, performing both manual and automated testing, and conducting regression testing to ensure new features do not negatively impact existing functionality.
