Requirements
- 7+ years software engineering in robotics autonomous systems or real-time control
- Expert C++ proficiency with Python and other relevant languages
- Strong robotics algorithms background including motion planning and control theory
- ROS or ROS2 or equivalent real-time framework experience
- Embedded systems and real-time software development experience
- Matlab/Simulink and requirements management tools such as DOORS or Jama
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Robotics Aerospace Engineering or related field
- Ability to obtain Department of Defense Secret clearance
- U.S. person status for export control compliance

Day to day
- Lead the design and development of advanced autonomous robotics software for defense and aerospace applications.
- Architect real-time control, computer vision, sensor fusion, and mission-critical systems for autonomous robots and vehicles.
- Provide technical leadership, system integration guidance, and durable solutions across engineering and hardware collaboration efforts.
