- 7-10+ years in a software engineering role

- Experience building scalable microservices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Terraform Kubernetes and ArgoCD
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Codex Claude Code Cursor or Copilot
- Full-stack development with languages such as JavaScript TypeScript Java C# or Scala
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana Datadog or Loki
- Experience working with existing systems or mature codebases
- Experience guiding or mentoring junior engineers
- Strong debugging troubleshooting and system analysis skills
- Familiarity with version control automated testing and CI/CD practices
- Ability to reason about system design architecture trade-offs and technical debt

Day to day
- Help modernize a critical production platform by designing and implementing next-generation components and services.

- Collaborate with platform product and infrastructure teams on architecture trade-offs continuous improvement and reliable delivery.
- Use AI coding agents and modern engineering practices to accelerate high-quality maintainable and well-tested development.
