- Production experience building backend systems in Python ideally using Django
- Experience designing APIs data models and services using PostgreSQL and AWS

Day to day
- Design and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for high-volume financial transactions and rewards workflows.
- Own full feature delivery across payments rewards account services and partner integrations.
- Collaborate closely with frontend and mobile engineers to deliver end-to-end features and improve reliability performance and observability.
