Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years or a Master’s degree with 2+ years developing and supporting software applications
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, development methodologies, and best practices
- Proficient in React, Angular JS, Vue, JavaScript, Node JS, HTML/CSS, Bash
- Experience working with UI/UX designer, methodology, and tools
- Experience with Microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON
- In-depth knowledge of relational databases and database design data modeling
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experienced in Agile and Scrum development methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms AWS and Azure
- Previous experience with code reviews and mentoring
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance (includes three years of immediate residency in the US)
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud technology environments
- Experience with secure software application best practices
- Experience with Java EE, AJAX, SOAP
Day to day
- Support and modernize cloud applications for the ATF contract
- Develop core functionality for existing systems
- Provide technical leadership for the UI/UX team while developing features
- Collaborate with software developers, QA analysts, operations staff, and clients
- Perform production support, testing, deployment, and release management leveraging DevSecOps processes
