- Strong TypeScript experience
- Experience with React Node.js AWS MongoDB and GraphQL
- Comfortable across frontend and backend
- 3 to 4+ years full stack production experience
- Pragmatic self directed and curious

Day to day
- Maintain and improve a fully digital insurance platform across the full stack
- Work on platform cleanliness reliability security updates dependencies pipelines and internal tooling
- Build product features while also strengthening the foundations that keep the system stable and performant
