- Strong software engineering fundamentals with production delivery experience
- Comfortable with modern JavaScript TypeScript and or one backend language such as Python or Java
- Experience with cloud platforms especially AWS or GCP and containerization

Day to day
- Architect and develop reliable secure software systems using modern tooling and AI-assisted workflows
- Collaborate closely with team members through documentation code reviews knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Take ownership of systems across the full lifecycle from design and delivery through live operation and decommissioning
- Experiment with new AI-powered development practices and share practical learnings with the team
- Support mentoring and help strengthen engineering practices while keeping the user and security in focus
