  • Ability to lead technical initiatives influence architecture and deliver under aggressive schedules

Day to day

  • Lead architecture design implementation and verification of embedded and application-level software for high-reliability safety-critical UAS systems.
  • Own major software components and drive decisions on technology stack performance fault tolerance and certification pathways.
  • Collaborate with systems hardware GNC flight test and cybersecurity teams to define requirements resolve integration issues and support full-system flight demonstrations.
  • Champion CI/CD automated testing build systems and deployment strategies for cloud-edge hybrid environments.
  • Mentor engineers conduct code and design reviews and contribute to technical roadmaps and qualification processes.
