Day to day
- Lead and grow an engineering team with a people-first focus, creating strong performance, development and culture
- Partner closely with Product and Lead Engineer to build a high-autonomy environment with clear ownership and accountability
- Improve delivery, unblock engineers, shape better ways of working and stay credibly involved in technical discussions
