Software Engineering Manager

Day to day

• Lead the development and delivery of scalable high-performance real-time analytics solutions using KX technology
• Mentor and manage a team of software engineers fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap for real-time analytics capabilities
• Ensure software development best practices are maintained including agile methodologies code reviews and automated testing
• Drive technical excellence pushing for innovations and optimizations that meet the challenges of processing large-scale time-series data
• Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and ensure our solutions meet market needs and expectations
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in real-time analytics and time-series databases incorporating them into our strategy and products
