What the job involves

• As an early employee, you will work directly with minware's founders and engineers to build the product from the ground up.
• You will manage a team of developers working on minware's core application and provide career guidance and conduct performance reviews for engineers.
• In this player/coach role, you will also be responsible for code reviews, participating in sprint meetings, and working on development tasks.
• You will work closely with product managers and customers to define minware's capabilities as well as design and architect new system components.
• Managing a backlog of tech debt reduction and internal efficiency improvements will also be part of your responsibilities.
