Day to day
- Direct software engineering projects using modern practices.
- Ensure milestones are met and adhere to budgets.
- Manage financial aspects, including budget management and forecasting.
- Supervise team adherence to IT processes, policies, and compliance.
- Lead governance for engineering programs/projects executed by teams.
- Implement DevOps and continuous delivery for market and customer demands.
- Leverage vendor management to control costs, drive excellence, and mitigate risks.
