What the job involves

• Lead and line manage a cross-functional team of 6-8 Software Engineers
• Work with the team to build sustainable Agile team processes
• Coach and mentor technical staff and manage Agile delivery of the backlog
• Facilitate team decision making and guide discussion on architecture and technical approaches
• Report to stakeholders on progress through OKRs and coordinate with other Team Leads
