Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Business Engineering or related field
- 6+ years of product management business analysis or related software experience OR 6+ years of transmission distribution engineering experience
- Experience maintaining and prioritizing a product backlog and writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience working with stakeholders and development teams to create and fine-tune wireframes
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum Kanban and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in Jira Confluence Productboard or equivalent tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and drive alignment
- Experience in utilities energy or infrastructure industry preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems asset management platforms or field operations software preferred
- Experience building and maintaining product roadmaps and presenting to executive leadership preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools and KPI dashboard development preferred

Day to day
- Own the product vision and backlog for assigned software products, translating business needs and user feedback into clear requirements and user stories.
- Partner with development, QA, design, and business stakeholders to prioritize work, clarify technical questions, and keep delivery aligned with strategic goals.
- Drive roadmap execution from ideation through release, using data-driven insights to evaluate initiatives, track outcomes, and continuously improve product delivery.
