Who you are

• Education: BA/BS preferred and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required
• Experience: 5+ years in Project Management and ideally some in enterprise software or SaaS
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Project management methodologies
• Technology implementation
• Experienced user of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications

What the job involves

• Plan, facilitate, and administer assigned software development projects
• Coordinate internal resources and development teams to ensure effective deployment of overall solutions
• Serve as the first level of technical escalation for development issues for the assigned program team
• Identify, assess, and communicate with all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication flow between development, QA, product management, account management, and leadership
• Manage the triple constraints on any given project: Schedule, Cost, and Quality
• Manage/initiate all project billing per the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Provide concise and meaningful updates to leadership, report challenges and roadblocks, and propose remediation options
