Requirements

3+ years of QA/Test Engineering experience
Experience with ticketing software (Jira Rally etc.)
Experience working with teams of engineers within the Agile framework
Strong language/communication skills
Must be a US citizen
Must pass a background check and drug screening

Day to day

Formulate and document test cases to test the efficacy and performance of web mobile and desktop applications
Research software design documents for new or existing features to thoroughly understand the software under test
Accurately identify and isolate the root problem of found software defects
Report bugs found as a result of testing in a concise accurate and reproducible way
Work closely with teams of software developers and other engineers to ensure proper test coverage and automation
Attend regular meetings to facilitate collaboration between engineers and across teams
