Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience with quality assurance testing
- Experience with manual automation and performance testing on platforms like Microsoft Power Pages ServiceNow or Salesforce
- Experience with test case planning and building a regression test case set
- Experience with integration testing regression testing supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Training (EUT)
- Experience using agile project management tools like Jira Jira Xray and GitHub
- Experience with test automation and programming languages for testing (e.g., Gherkin C# Java Ruby JavaScript Python)
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Knowledge of REST API and familiarity with tools like Postman
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly understand complex application functionality business rules and dependencies
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Scrum Methodology
- Experience testing on low-code/no-code platforms
- Experience with SQL
- Experience demonstrating functionality to stakeholders
Day to day
- Gather requirements and develop a portal for various clients and tools
- Provide a one-stop shop for communications, resources, and support
- Improve technical assistance and operational support for STLTs
- Document results and communicate defects to the development team
- Expand experience in multiple testing types and improve testing process
- Mentor others and manage system deficiencies and testing efforts
