Day to day
- Develop and execute thorough test plans that go beyond acceptance criteria to uncover functional reliability performance and UX issues
- Think creatively like an end-user to find bugs early in the development lifecycle including requirements-stage defects
- Collaborate closely with Product Infrastructure Onboarding Services and Client Experience to improve quality support release readiness and resolve customer issues
