Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science/Animal Science preferred or equivalent dairy experience
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft products
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM products preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Dairy experience highly preferred

What the job involves

  • Provide help desk support to customers worldwide via telephone, internet, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Assist with technical problems concerning software and hardware systems.
  • Document customer support calls and communication, and apply accurate support time in CRM.
  • Train and educate customers in the use of proprietary software and hardware systems.
  • Test existing and new software versions to ensure maximum utilization.
  • Promote VAS proprietary systems and provide feedback to customers.
