Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems Software Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of software testing and QA experience
- Minimum of 3 years leading QA teams or serving as a Test Lead
- Strong experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using Cypress
- Experience conducting performance and load testing using Apache JMeter Locust or equivalent tools
- Experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman Swagger or REST Assured
- Experience validating responsive web applications across multiple browsers and devices
- Experience performing accessibility testing for Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance
- Experience working in Agile Scrum development environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC STLC defect lifecycle management and software quality best practices
Nice to have
- Federal Government experience
- CI/CD integration experience
- Playwright or Selenium familiarity
- Security testing knowledge
- OWASP Top 10 familiarity
- DevSecOps knowledge
- QA certification
Day to day
- Lead QA and testing efforts for enterprise web applications across the SDLC
- Develop and maintain strategies plans test cases scripts data traceability matrices and summary reports
- Build automated frameworks with Cypress execute performance accessibility and cross-browser testing and mentor QA engineers
