What the job involves
- Engage with customers to understand their planning needs and business objectives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design supply chain solutions that maximize customer profitability
- Utilize SQL to configure and customize our solutions to meet specific customer requirements
- Facilitate seamless integration of our product with customers’ existing systems and workflows
- Perform thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements and quality standards
- Educate customers on how to fully leverage our product to achieve maximum value and efficiency
