Remote Solution Designer Job in UK ZestIoT

Who you are

• Knowledge of airport & airline day-of-operations, challenges & systems/solutions in market
• Expertise in aircraft turnaround process desirable
• Understand technology, data, systems integration & processes for end-to-end solutions design
• Knowledge of AI and IoT bonus
• Experience as Aviation Solution Designer, SME, Sales or Consultant or in Airline/Airport Product, Transformation, Technology, Innovation or Operations Management
• Fluency in German and/or French advantageous but not required
• Professional networks with contacts in airlines, airports or ground handlers highly desirable
• Must travel for client meetings & aviation events across Europe with possible trips to Head Office in Hyderabad, India
• Remote working

• Establish a good understanding of ZestIoT GroundRadar platform & features
• Design client solutions considering existing product features & requirements
• Engage continuously with client decision makers, users & influencers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build solutions, improvements & RoI driven benefits
• Articulate solutions confidently to clients both verbally and written in English
• Present confidently to clients
• Translate client needs and challenges to internal product teams
• Contribute to marketing and product literature
• Work closely with sales, pre-sales and marketing functions where required
