Who you are
BA/BS required
Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science or similar field preferred
Work experience in technical presales
2+ years of experience in technical solution sales engineering, solution architecture, customer facing business-to-business/channel sales or equivalent
Strong skill set working with Microsoft Office (EXCEL, PPT, WORD, etc.)
Experience with SaaS, FinTech, and/or Channel Go-To-Market models is highly preferred
Experience working within complex long sales cycles and organizations is highly preferred
Direct experience working with online sales tools and CRM platforms is highly preferred
Client Partner orientation
Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
What the job involves
Perform demonstrations of the Alegeus platform to customers and prospects
Drive and promote the value of the Alegeus solutions for customer business challenges
Be the technical face of Alegeus to the customer
Educate account teams on strengths and weaknesses of competition
Create customer facing collateral
Participate in setting Goals, Objectives, Strategies and Tactics to realize customer value and drive revenue
Provide expertise to clients that allow the Alegeus platform to integrate seamlessly into their environment
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to understand future roadmaps and carry feedback from customer to influence the roadmap
Provide technical leadership to the sales organization
Work with overall account team to identify and qualify sales opportunities
Demonstrate technical expertise and credibility with customers from technical admin to C-Suite executives
