Who you are
- Strong communicator with experience preparing and running demos
- Experience eliciting requirements and translating into technical design
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with script based configuration (YAML, JSON)
- Experience using Postman, Insomnia or similar
- Experience supporting 3rd parties in API based integrations
- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with Github as source control
Desirables
- Familiarity with Machine Learning
- Insurance industry experience
What the job involves
- Help customers implement and grow their use of Cytora’s Risk Stream.
- Work closely with our Customer Success and Product teams.
- Provide ongoing support for customer integrations and improve the product based on feedback.
