• Firmly grounded computer science and engineering fundamentals
• Experience in developing web applications
• Experience integrating into APIs and building web solutions
• At least 3+ years in sales engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or equivalent experience
• Fantastic technical troubleshooting skills in an Enterprise SaaS-based environment
• Experience with custom extension/integration development and different web platforms and app marketplaces
• Customer-focused attitude and demeanor
• Effective communicator with a strong voice when writing

What the job involves

• Quickly becoming an authority in Canva’s APIs and Connect API
• Supporting Developers in designing solutions and balancing the capabilities available in our ecosystem with the needs of customers
• Showcasing powerful presentations and demos, preparing software demo presentations for Developers
• Working closely with the Ecosystem product teams to understand the product’s inner workings and overall roadmap
• Communicating customer technical capability needs to product and engineering teams and API needs to the Ecosystem product and engineering teams
• Nurturing engagement in our Developers' community and championing their needs within the company
