- Experience in developing web applications
- Experience integrating into APIs and building web solutions
- At least 3+ years in sales engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or equivalent experience
- Fantastic technical troubleshooting skills in an Enterprise SaaS-based environment
- Experience with custom extension/integration development and different web platforms and app marketplaces
- Customer-focused attitude and demeanor
- Effective communicator with a strong voice when writing

Day to day
- Quickly becoming an authority in Canva’s APIs and Connect API
- Supporting Developers in designing solutions and balancing the capabilities available in our ecosystem with the needs of customers
- Showcasing powerful presentations and demos, preparing software demo presentations for Developers
- Working closely with the Ecosystem product teams to understand the product’s inner workings and overall roadmap
- Communicating customer technical capability needs to product and engineering teams and API needs to the Ecosystem product and engineering teams
- Nurturing engagement in our Developers' community and championing their needs within the company
