Requirements
- Four-year college degree or satisfactory completion of technical curriculum from an accredited computer school or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience configuring IIM solutions highly desired
- Strong technical implementation and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Waterfall Hybrid and Agile processes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite

Day to day
- Configures and implements Intelligent Information Management (IIM) solutions for clients
- Designs and implements simple IIM workflow solutions
- Participates in determining technical requirements and implementing comprehensive end-to-end solutions
- Works as part of a project team as required
