- Familiarity with Active Directory Mobile Device Management Group Policy and SysAdmin functions

Day to day
- Work alongside sales and customer experience teams as a product specialist providing pre-sales and post-sales technical guidance.
- Support discovery calls to assess customer technical environments and plan deployment approaches.
- Deliver onboarding implementation integration configuration and troubleshooting support while building trusted customer relationships and clear documentation.
