Day to day
- Serve as the technical front door for developers using Helius APIs and streaming products
- Troubleshoot issues reproduce bugs and coordinate with engineering to ship fixes
- Build code samples demos and SDKs that help customers integrate faster
- Rewrite and expand documentation tutorials and guides based on real-world questions
- Automate support workflows using internal tooling scripts and AI-assisted systems
- Collaborate with engineering on feature requests bug reports and customer-driven improvements
- Support developers in Discord and Telegram while gathering feedback and spotting patterns
- Partner with enterprise and ecosystem teams to design integrations and optimize performance
- Prototype experimental features alongside engineers and product owners based on customer feedback
